Black History Month Celebrations at Cygnet Hospital Wyke
On 30th October, Cygnet Hospital Wyke celebrated Black History Month. Our team held a minute of silence at the beginning of the afternoon for the current disaster in Jamaica and surrounding areas.
After that, the team enjoyed lovely tasty food made by the kitchen staff and activity coordinator Calford Bent, who organises the Black History Month every year and never ceases to disappoint.
There was also music and quizzes as well as talks on the importance of Black History Month.
