Dr Erica Lange is the Regional Director for Psychology Services (South) for Cygnet Health Care and Social Care.
Dr Erica de Lange is a chartered consultant clinical psychologist and the Regional Director of Psychology Services at Cygnet Health and Social Care. During her career in mental health Erica has worked in various settings including secure forensic settings, psychiatric intensive care units, personality disorder services and private practice in the community.
Erica was elected as a member of the committee for the British Psychological Society, Division of Clinical Psychology London in 2022 and awarded as an Associate Fellow of the BPS in 2024. She was re-elected for a second tenure in 2025. Her research interests include compassion focused staff support, therapeutic outcomes, reflective practice and resilience. She has presented her research at national and international conferences and published various articles and books.
Erica can speak on a wide range of mental health topics including mental health in the workplace, stress, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, OCD and personality disorder.
