Matilda Levitt - Service Manager

Matilda has over 10 years’ experience supporting people with complex needs to live fulfilling and meaningful lives. Starting out as a support worker and progressing through the roles of team leader to deputy and now Registered Manager of Norcott House since September 2025.

Matilda is passionate about empowering people to strive for independence and reducing restrictions to enable an improved quality of life.

Leanne Flower - Deputy Manager

Leanne has over 10 years’ experience at Cygnet in varying roles and she assumed the role of Deputy Manager at Norcott House from June 2024.

Leanne is passionate about supporting people to reach their potential, with a person centred approach to enhance their quality of life and wellbeing.
