Feedback

“Very interesting, really cool to learn about a different sort of alternative provision.”University of Sheffield, May 2026

“Very informative and welcoming about the school. Lots of professional information about students’ mental health and how they tailor specific teaching to each student to benefit them most.”University of Sheffield, May 2026

“The support I get at Phoenix School is absolutely brilliant! Honestly, it’s the best school I’ve ever been to, and staff are fully aware of how to support someone like me with ASD challenges. They provide 1-1 support, smaller classrooms and tailor the learning specifically for you. It’s a really good way of learning everything you need to thrive at life and become whatever you want. I passed all of my GCSEs in just 3 months of learning. Phoenix School is the best example of person-centred care. The teaching staff, specifically Chloe, are amazing. I’ve now started college with Phoenix School’s help and I’m now on my way to become a mental health nurse and help people like they do.”Young person, November 2024

“XXX’s done so well since being discharged and we’re feeling like very proud parents! She completed all of her exams with no issues at all and is attending all her CAMHS appointments. Now living the usual teenage life of sleeping until noon and spending lots of time with friends! We’re so grateful to all that you and your school did to support her during her time at Cygnet. You have a big part to play in getting her to this point. We’ll let you you know how she gets on at results day! “Parent, July 2024

“Can’t thank you guys at Cygnet enough for everything you did to help XXX’s recovery. He is happy, healthy and most importantly, optimistic about the future.” Parent, June 2024
