Valentine’s Day celebrations at Cygnet Views
This week, the team at Cygnet Views celebrated Valentine’s Day with a ‘Love yourself first’ themed day; to recognise the importance of being your own Valentine and self-love. Staff and service users were asked to think of things they love about themselves, and write these positive affirmations on love hearts which were displayed around the service. They had a session of making face masks from natural ingredients, a Valentines quiz, a baking session and the day was finished off with a trip out to a local Valentines disco. Both staff and service users were invited to wear red and pink to mark the occasion!
