Red Nose Day and Odd Sock Day at Sheffield Day Services
The team and service users at Sheffield Day Services came together to celebrate two incredible causes: World Down Syndrome Day and Red Nose Day.
In recognition of World Down Syndrome Day, participants embraced the “Odd Socks” theme, with staff and service users wearing mismatched socks, some even designing their own unique pairs.
The day continued with a festive red theme that brought everyone together in support of Comic Relief, as the group engaged in a variety of red-themed activities:
- Crafting vibrant red pom poms
- Exploring sensory experiences with red sand bins
- Mixing and playing with homemade red play dough
- Donning red nose t-shirts to show their support
Everyone had a great day showing their support and raising awareness for two fantastic causes.
