Old Leigh House visit Essex Wildlife Trust

Residents and staff from Old Leigh House recently enjoyed a visit to the Essex Wildlife Trust on the Upper Thames Estuary.

Everyone enjoyed refreshments in the café, while taking in the superb, almost panoramic, views of the bird-spotting areas, with plenty of opportunities to take photos.

Photos were taken of a variety of birds eating seeds from a feeder, including great tits and long tailed tits. The group climbed up onto the roof viewing-point, peering through the telescope and then enjoyed a walk around the perimeter of the park.
