Old Leigh House resident enjoys kayaking trip
Lewis, a resident at Old Leigh House, and a staff member ventured to Colchester to take part in water sports at Constable Park, a private wildlife park. They hired a two-person kayak to take out on the water and enjoy the warm weather.
The pair worked on their balance first and had an informative preparation talk before taking to the water for an hour of fun. Lewis really enjoyed the session and already wants to go back for more.
