Mindfulness at Nightingale
Well done to Charlotte Smith, Assistant Psychologist, who helped to organise and lead two separate mindfulness sessions in the sensory room at Nightingale, our residential service in Bournemouth. Staff joined the mindfulness sessions alongside residents and were given some take home messages on how they can incorporate this into their working day.
The sessions were really appreciated by everyone who took part.
