Garden Project ready for spring

After a superb display of snowdrops and the daffodils coming through Spring has definitely sprung at the Garden Project at Kirkside House. Residents have worked really hard over the autumn and winter months maintaining the gardens and getting it ready for Spring. They have been raking all the leaves and making bug habitats and stumpery’s for all the insects, moths and butterflies to hibernate in. They have also been busy planting up new borders with lots of flowers so the bees can pollinate the crops over the summer.
