Freedom to Speak Up Event at Cygnet Heathers
Laura, Cygnet Heathers’ Freedom to Speak Up (FTSU) ambassador recently held two drop-in clinics for all staff, including students.
It was a great opportunity for Laura to introduce herself to the new team members and ensure that everyone understands what Freedom to Speak Up is and how they can raise concerns if they need to.
Pauline, Cygnet Heathers’ Hospital Receptionist said: “The response was fantastic, and everyone appreciated the free FTSU gifts. It was wonderful to see how many staff members were familiar with Freedom to Speak Up, and they now know that Laura is there to support them whenever possible.”
