Cygnet Views wear green for Mental Health Awareness Week
Cygnet Views celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week with staff and service users wearing green and participating in various wellbeing activities.
Different activities took place throughout the day to encourage service users and staff to think positively, and to promote healthy ways of looking after our mental health. These included a gratitude board, mind mapping ways to improve mental health daily and a send a smile activity to encourage positive interactions with each other.
All service users and staff were given a gift bag at the end of the session with stickers, temporary tattoos, pens and badges, and the kitchen staff put on an amazing buffet and cakes for all to enjoy.
