Cygnet Views celebrate Employee Appreciation Day
Today Cygnet Views celebrated Employee Appreciation Day with a wellbeing breakfast and all staff received a star pin badge and special message from their manager Kelly. This is what the team had to say: “At Cygnet Views it is important that our staff feel appreciated every day, not just today. Staff are recognised for their hard work, or for going the extra mile on our compliments board which gets updated daily. The staff also love our wellbeing trolley where they can grab a drink or snack if they need to take 5 minutes to recharge.”
Manager Kelly said: “The team always put in 100% for the service users and for each other, and this doesn’t go unnoticed. I am really proud of their hard work and dedication.”
