Cygnet Paddocks celebrates first anniversary
The team at Cygnet Paddocks marked their first anniversary with a joyful celebration, highlighting a year since the Grand Opening.
The day featured a lively award ceremony with nominations from both staff and patients. Five team members were honoured with Cygnet Values Awards, recognising their embodiment of care, respect, trust, integrity and empowerment. Each patient also received a personalised award celebrating their unique strengths – a standout moment of the day.
The celebration was made extra special thanks to the team’s efforts, including a homemade cake by admin colleague Janine and stunning decorations and catering from the housekeeping and kitchen teams.
It was a proud milestone for the service – and a reflection of the compassion and commitment that defines the Cygnet Paddocks team.
