Cygnet Hospital Stevenage’s Mexican Fiesta
On Tuesday and Wednesday Cygnet Hospital Stevenage’s football pitch was transformed into a Mexican Fiesta for their third annual summer party.
There was a tiki bar, piñatas, hot churros, deck chairs, face painting, DJ Lance and a Mariachi Band! There were also flower crowns and sombreros for all to really get into the spirit.
Mia Ali, Cygnet Hospital Stevenage’s Wellbeing and Engagement Lead said, “Service users, staff and carers all thoroughly enjoyed the event and it was great to have staff from head office come and celebrate with us as well.”
Well done to Suzie Adam and her amazing team who went above and beyond to make it such a special event for the people who use services and staff at the hospital.
A special thanks also to Mia and Becca for organising such a special day as well as the catering team for the fantastic Mexican food.
