Cygnet Hospital Godden Green’s Christmas Market Day
The event was run by the Occupational Therapy (OT) and Recovery Education teams.
Theoca Fredericks, Head of Occupational Therapy, said: “Over the past two months, patients have worked incredibly hard in OT and Recovery College sessions creating handmade items. These were all sold to support their chosen charity. We do this every year, and every year it reminds us just how powerful purpose, creativity, and community can be.
“We were delighted to have the Sevenoaks Sings Choir join us this year, bringing a fun, interactive carol service that lifted the day.
“We’re proud to be supporting Sevenoaks Loaves and Fishes this year, a local charity we connected with directly to understand how the funds raised will be used. This has made the project especially meaningful for our patients, who have been passionate about contributing in such a tangible way. Community and supporting others can be such an important part of recovery.
“A huge thanks to everyone involved in the preparations and who supported on the day.”
