Cygnet Blackheath Away Day
Cygnet Hospital Blackheath had a memorable away day last month, bringing the hospital together for a day of reflection, team building, visioning, and celebration.
The event began with a welcoming speech from Hospital Manager Marilyn Mukuna. Managing Director Peter Smith also attended, and the team greatly appreciated his informative and encouraging talk.
The day was filled with a range of learning and planning activities facilitated by Dr. Ajay Bhatnagar, Anthony Aigbe, and Jake Cartwright, along with enjoyable team-building games. Staff were pleased to hear from Expert by Experience William James and to celebrate colleague Sheila Boateng, who was voted employee of the month. Overall, it was an incredibly enjoyable and uplifting event.
