Conifers and Marion House Staff Well-being Day
On 16th June, Conifers and Marion House held their second annual staff well-being day, taking a different approach this year by holding interactive staff team meetings. These included staff sharing their gratitude and movement and breathing breaks. Staff were also joined by Cate Ball, Regional Manager, who got involved by handing out gift bags and sharing her thanks with the staff teams. Our gift bags this year included items to help staff relax and unwind.
