Alice in Wonderland at Long Eaton Day Services
Long Eaton Day Services recently had an Alice In Wonderland themed fun day where staff and service users dressed up as their favourite characters.
In the morning there was a baking session where they baked sweet treats for the Mad Hatter’s tea party. Whilst relaxing in the sensory room they listened to the classic tale of Alice in Wonderland, and played the film for service users in the cinema room.
In the afternoon there was a sensory scavenger hunt challenge trying to find where Alice was hiding in Wonderland whilst learning about different things from the book. The day ended with announcing the winners of the fancy dress competition.
