10th Anniversary Celebrations at Cygnet Heathers
The team at Cygnet Heathers gathered to celebrate 10 years of the service being open, enjoying a buffet lunch and hearing from a former patient.
They decorated the unit with balloons and banners, before enjoying a buffet lunch as well as cupcakes. Some of the team shared their stories of how it was when the service first started. Staff were given a certificate and thanked for their hard work and dedication. Both patients and staff enjoyed listening to the staff’s accounts of their experiences.
One patient then gave an inspiring speech of his time at Cygnet Heathers, and he thanked the staff for caring for him. He is now at a Step Down Unit.
