Jake joined Cygnet in 2013 and has gained experience at several of our social care services in West Yorkshire. He was appointed Home Manager of Hawkstone in 2023 and is excited to see what he can bring to the home.
Jake is proactive, innovative and passionate. His aim is to ensure that staff feel supported and appreciated, and that residents are well cared for and empowered on a daily.
