Cygnet Lodge Salford’s First Carers Event
Cygnet Lodge Salford held their first carers event at the Lowry Hotel on 30th March. Relatives were able to meet the team and find out more about the service and what they have to offer. Relatives provided their much valued feedback and listened to presentations from staff and a service user who had recently been discharged. This information will be used towards enhancing the service and improving our quality of care to support our service users along their journey.
