Lowry House celebrates Holi
On Monday 25th March, the residents and staff at Lowry House celebrated Holi. Holi is a popular ancient Hindu festival, also known as the “Festival of colours”, and the “Festival of love”. It also marks the arrival of spring and the end of winter.
The residents and staff spent the day painting t-shirts and learning about what the festival is and how it is celebrated.
