THE TEAM

Lisa has had extensive training and knowledge of both fund development software and online community solutions for nonprofits. Specifically, The Raiser's Edge™ and Blackbaud® online solutions (NetSolutions™ and NetCommunity™). In addition to software-specific knowledge, Lisa brings over 10 years of consulting and project management experience to her clients. Past employers and clients include, but are not limited to: MCI Telecommunications, Stanford University, San Francisco SPCA, Jewish Federation of Silicon Valley, The IMPACT Fund, and the Seattle Aquarium.

With over 15 years of experience launching and implementing new technologies, including both fundraising and online community software, Lisa provides a wealth of knowledge based on hundreds of client visits and years of project management. Since launching Cygnet Consulting Group in 2000, she has saved her clients thousands of dollars per engagement - when compared to using manufacturer-based professional services. In addition to the resource savings, she has also proven to be an excellent facilitator and mediator among competing stakeholders. She has won praise from her clients for implementing a smooth, timely, project - all while working within a multitude of resource constraints.

Lisa has an M.B.A in organizational development, with a focus on nonprofit organizations. Her greatest professional achievement has been to start Cygnet Consulting Group and have the ability to blend her passion to serve, with her academic training and her hands-on experience in managing technology-related projects. This combination allows her to develop winning strategies for all of the stakeholders in any given project
